As our corporate reputation and customer base continue to expand, our service capabilities have been deepened and upgraded in tandem. Today, Qiying has become one of the few global enterprises with comprehensive integrated capabilities in prototype development and small-batch customized manufacturing. Within our high-tech manufacturing center, we have integrated advanced processes such as CNC precision milling, industrial-grade 3D printing (including SLA photopolymerization and SLS selective laser sintering), vacuum casting of polyurethane, sheet metal processing, rapid mold making, and injection molding. At the same time, we have inherited traditional model-making techniques and equipped with diversified surface treatment technologies, truly achieving a full-process closed-loop manufacturing from concept to mass production.

Our Manufacturing Plant

Qiying has established four manufacturing centers in China: the headquarters in Shenzhen, the production base in Dongguan, the manufacturing base in Changsha, and the technical hub in Wuhan. Among them, the core area of Wuhan has established Qiying Mold Technology Co., Ltd. as a key subsidiary. We have a high-tech manufacturing base of 12,000 square meters (130,000 square feet). This base is divided into six specialized manufacturing zones, integrating advanced equipment and engineering capabilities, and focusing on providing rapid manufacturing solutions for global cross-industry customers in metals, plastics, and composite materials.
